Cancellation Policy

  1. All personalized products cannot be cancelled, but in case of any changes in the designs, they can be changed if the production has not started. WhatsApp us at 9538887244 (Monday - Saturday, 10AM - 6PM). If the package has already left our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel the order.
  2. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team within one day of receipt of the products.
  3. For personalized orders, we do not allow cancellations and refunds.
  4. Damaged or quality issue products: You may return all items purchased in the Rightgifting Online Portal within 2 days of receipt of the merchandise.
  5. To place an order for return, please WhatsApp our customer care number at 9538887244 (Monday - Friday, 10AM - 6PM).
  6. Bear in mind that it is only possible for us to accept items that are returned in their original state.
  7. The merchandise should be in an unused condition.
