Cancellation Policy

  • All personalized products can’t be cancelled, but in case of any changes in the designs can be changed if the production is not started. 9538887244 (Monday - Saturday,10AM - 6PM). If the package has already left our warehouse, we won’t be able to cancel the order.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. This should be reported within one day on receipt of the products.
  • Personalized orders, we do not allow for Cancellation and Refund.
  • Damaged or quality issue products deadline for Returns. You may return all items purchased in the Coosel Online Portal within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise.
  • To place an order for return please call our customer care number at 9538887244 (Monday -Friday,10AM - 6PM).
  • Bear in mind that it is only possible for us to accept items that are returned in their original state.
  • The merchandise should be in an unused condition.
